This website is provided by TradeHealth, LLC for general information and business inquiries about an employer-sponsored telehealth membership. Using this website or submitting a form does not create a membership, contract for medical services, patient-provider relationship or appointment.

TradeHealth is not health insurance and does not replace comprehensive health coverage or workers’ compensation. Website content is not medical advice. This website does not provide emergency care. In an emergency, call 911. Clinical decisions are made by appropriately licensed providers; not every condition can be treated virtually.

Availability and membership terms

The founding employer launch focuses on Idaho and Utah. Service availability, clinical scope, visit hours, dependent eligibility, medication costs and prescribing limitations must be confirmed before enrollment. Membership agreements, not this website, establish billing, renewal, cancellation and service terms. The employer and clinical workflows described on this site are not delivered through this marketing website.

Prices and Founder Rate estimates

Published standard pricing is $59 per employee per month, with a $20 spouse or $35 family add-on. The $49 employee Founder Rate is limited to the first 100 enrolled employees in each state, not 100 employers. Availability, rate duration and renewal terms are confirmed before enrollment. An inquiry does not reserve an allocation or guarantee eligibility.

The calculator is an illustration, not a quote, enrollment system or live availability check. It assumes the same option and selected rate for your whole crew. Annual figures assume 12 months at that rate and do not promise a 12-month Founder Rate lock.
