For employers
How does the Founder Rate work?
The first 100 enrolled employees in each state are eligible for the $49 per employee, per month Founder Rate. This is an employee limit, not an employer limit. Once a state reaches 100 enrolled employees, the special ends there and the standard $59 rate applies to new enrollments. Ask us to confirm availability and the rate duration and renewal terms before you enroll.
Is TradeHealth health insurance?
No. TradeHealth is an employer-sponsored telehealth membership. It gives workers access to licensed medical providers for a flat monthly fee. It is not insurance and does not process insurance claims.
We already offer a health plan. Is this for us?
Maybe. Some employers add TradeHealth so field workers can get everyday care without leaving the jobsite. If your current benefit already handles that well, TradeHealth may not add much. We’ll discuss that on the fit call.
How much does it cost?
The standard rate is $59 per employee, per month. The limited Founder Rate is $49 per employee, per month for the first 100 enrolled employees in each state. Once those spots fill in a state, the offer closes there and standard pricing applies to new enrollments. Spouse and family add-ons remain $20 and $35, billed to the employer.
My crew won’t use it. Why pay for it?
That’s what the 90-day launch helps you evaluate. We review activation and usage in group totals at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Can I see who used it?
No. Employers see billing, rosters and approved group-level reporting. Individual visits, diagnoses, prescriptions and clinical records stay separate from the employer workflow.
Is there a contract?
Your first 90 days are a paid launch period. Renewal and cancellation terms will be explained before enrollment.
Is there a minimum number of employees?
No minimum during the founding launch. TradeHealth is built for crews of about 5 to 49, but smaller businesses are welcome.
Can I add and remove employees?
Yes. Manage your crew roster in the employer portal. Billing treatment for roster changes will be confirmed before enrollment.
Do part-time or seasonal workers qualify?
Tell us about your crew on the fit call so we can confirm eligibility.
Does this include on-the-job injuries?
No. Work-related injuries go through your workers’ compensation carrier.
Where is TradeHealth available?
The founding employer launch is focused on Idaho and Utah. Availability is confirmed during enrollment.
How long does it take to get started?
We’ll walk through account setup, your roster and worker activation on your fit call, and confirm your start date.

How do I see a provider?
By phone or video, from your phone’s browser. No app download is required. Visit hours and appointment availability will be provided during enrollment.
Who will I talk to?
A medical provider licensed in your state.
What does a visit cost me?
Nothing for a TradeHealth visit. Your employer pays for the membership.
Can I get a prescription?
When your provider decides it’s clinically appropriate. Prescriptions can be sent to your chosen pharmacy. Medication costs and any prescribing exclusions will be confirmed during enrollment.
What if I need more than a virtual visit?
Your provider will advise you on next steps. For emergencies, call 911.
Will my boss know I saw a provider?
No. Employers receive group totals, never individual visit information or medical records.
Can my spouse or kids use it?
Spouse and family options are available through employer add-ons. Dependent eligibility is confirmed before enrollment.
